At PureCare Aid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at support@purecareaid.com and we'll arrange a replacement.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
